There Really Are Some Amazing People Out There

So the birthday was a success, my mother loved the heart I made her. It was an amazing day all in all. Last night while my mother was asleep I completely decorated the down stairs. This is her last birthday in this house before we move so I just had to make it amazing. Though the decorating was fun my favorite part was writing out 50 reasons why I love her on all these note cards for her to find in the house. My mom is my best friend in the whole world and I am so glad I could help make her day special.

 This amazing day was made even more amazing when I got a surprise message on Ralvery! A woman I have never met or talked to before praised what I have accomplished since I started knitting and wanted to let me know that she would love to send me some of her yarn, stitch markers, and even some of her needles. As a new knitter I don't have a lot of that stuff, I really am buying yarn project by project at this time. And since the only specialty yarn store closed down around here I am stuck only with Hobby Lobby. So the fact this woman who does not even know me is willing to do this for me just blew my mind. I guess it really does prove that there are people out there who really care.

Today has just been phenomenal! Happy Birthday Mom, I love you!
