Look I'm Alive!

Honestly this blog has been sitting in my drafts for almost a month. It was like the longer I waited to start up again the harder it was. I really truly miss blogging but right now I honestly barely have time to catch my breath most days. I wanted to let you all know a little bit about what I am doing with my life this summer, other than you know falling off the face of the planet. 

First of all the thing taking up the most of my time is my job as an orientation peer assistant at my college. Basically it means I am here four to five days a week doing two day orientation sessions and the odd transfer one. I knew this job was a big deal and intense when I applied for it but it is even more than that. I can’t remember the last time I watched the news, or read a book because during the sessions we are constantly just going.

With that I am also spending most of my free time working on my door decs for this coming year. I will have a one week break between the end of this job and the start of community advisor training. I love all of it but admittedly it takes up my whole life. I have gotten a little knitting done and even went to a fiber festival before this job started! I promise to share all of those pictures soon, hopefully this awkward blog re-breaking the ice will be the trick I need. After all blogging is like riding a bike right?
