Happy December!

A little late on the first December post. I really should try and blog more often, I just never know what to talk about. Well never know what to talk about that I think you would all find interesting. So I am finally done with the first row of squares on the blanket for my brother, eache square is 10.5 in x10.5 in so hopefully I will only have to knit four or five rows of squares. No pictures yet.

I have been super busy with work, which I guess is good because there are a million different things I want to buy. Like more yarn. Though after having to re-organize my yarn boxes I do not plan on getting anymore soon.

I had so much yarn in each box that when they were stacked on top of each other like I had before they started getting squished.

My house has now been covered in Christmas, I promise to take pictures soon. I am so excited for Christmas this year, and yet it is bittersweet. This will be my last Christmas in the house I have lived in my whole life, and the last Christmas I will get to see both my parents on. Next year my mom will live in Rochester and my dad in South Dakota. I am so happy they are both moving on and in love again but in the same breath it hurts some. I am going to miss having them both be so close. this Christmas is such a special one this year. It is both happy and sad, but I keep trying to tell myself I am finishing one chapter in my life and starting another one.
