Pop Chip Scarf

So I have not posted in such a long time it feels like. So in my last post I said I was going to make a stockinette stitch scarf, well... I got sick of that. In the end I made this pop chip scarf pattern I found on Ravelry. Sadly I can't find the link right now (I shall search for it more later) Anyway I just finished it and it is beyond amazing. I was so excited since it was really my first funky knitted thing. Now I am working on this cowl pattern. I am not used to working with such large circular needles. Pictures of both projects and more news to come soon I hope.

On a random not, I took my senior pictures today. Sadly I forgot my yarn stuff at home, but I did get some good pictures with my Harry Potter stuff :D. That is all for now, night readers!

First Hat Done!

So I just finished the Marshmallo had I have been working on for a few days. In the end it took four youtube videos, loads of cussing, and only part of a ball of yarn. Here are so pictures!

Circle Needles!

So today I decided to just suck it up and face the facts that if I ever want to knit something cool I am going to need to use circular needles. So I went out to the local store and bought a pair. Looking around on ravelry I found a cute hat pattern that looked easy enough. Marshmallo hat is the pattern I am using. At first I couldn't find Vanna choice yarn and settled for Bernat Satin in snow. Only to get in on the needles and watch if fall apart. Finally I went back out and found that I already had one ball of Vanna Choice in white. Figures. So I am on row four now and already messed up my ribbing pattern.

Hopefully this all goes well, I will post pictures later. Wish me luck.
